This Old House..part 2. Here it is..out next fixer upper. Its a 1909 Victorian. Very little termite damage, wood floors are in good shape (just need sanding), 2 sets of pocket doors, original window and door moulding (some are decaying b/c there is no window!). Original staircase very sturdy....and the selling point is that there is an old piano inside that we will restore also (someday). Probably be a year before livable.
