Well, here's our next money pit. The one on the left. We are supposed to close on Oct. 26th. It's on an elevated lot which is nice. It's kind of tucked behind a big tree as you can see.

It is about 3 blocks from a big new mixed use development coming in called 8th & Pearl. Although they were supposed to start building awhile ago so we will see if it really does happen.
