Finally a new post
Well, we lost our digital camera !
Not sure if it will re-appear but hopefully it does.
Lots of house progress:
Kitchen is now re-wired and drywalled. We put in recessed lighting. Electrician cost: $1150
The key to drywalling the ceiling with recessed lighting is buying a Dremel cutter tool. You can adjust the height of the cutter blade (looks more like a drill bit) and just cut out a hole for the light.
Lots and lots of paint stripping going on. Upstairs hallway and doors are just about done. We heat gunned all of it which is the hard part, but still have to clean it up with the super toxic chem remover.
Floors are all done finally.
We now have 2 working toilets and a sink.
