Chain link fence taken down at 3rd st house.

Well we are about to have a bunch of 'new' historic style houses on the lot next to us, so they kindly ripped down that ugly chain link fence. I guess that big stump in the right corner has been ripped out too, but I am not sure if they are taking it away.

The good thing is that the house and yard look a lot cleaner and you can finally see the work we've done, the bad thing is that 'locals' may be hangin out on the front steps. Luckily it seems pretty quiet so far.
