Kitchen mud-ed

So the kitchen is now all sealed up with drywall mud, sanded, and ready to be textured then painted. Also finishing up painting the bathroom floor white. At least we thought we were done. Man, we've done 3 coats and some brown is still showing so i guess it will get another coat before laquering. We decided to paint white over that tan deck paint. It just didn't go well.

Current live-in home is up for sale ! Not a whole lot of showings yet but lots of phone calls.

Starting to be springy weather which is nice. A little bit of humidity and like 70 degrees. Ahh.
