April Update
Well the camera has been found but it's not working right. We get a memory card error every time we turn it on.
Anyhew - Lots of progress since the last post. Ceilings in the downstairs bathroom and 'storage room' have both been dropped to cover up the new plumbing. The sheet rock has been taped, mudded , sanded, mudded, sanded again, and then slightly textured with orange peel. What a relief as that was the real eye sore of the house. Now we have to prime it and it will probably sit for awhile before a storage thing is built.
Upstairs shower in the guest bathroom is coming along. We ran out of tile so another shipment is on the way.
Just cleaning up the floors downstairs makes a huge difference.
Ashia did some tree trimming and it looks better in front. We have an orange tree that is pretty neat.
Eaves andn soffit have been restored by a neighbor for only $220 and they look decent
Current house price has been dropped to $219 and we seem to be getting calls (knock on wood).
